RNAV Academy is led by Capt. Reethu Reddy, a Commercial Pilot Licence holder and aviation educator who has over three years of experience as a ground instructor and mentored hundreds of aviators in their journey. Every class is built around understanding concepts rather than memorising answers. Beyond teaching, our focus is on mentoring students through every important decision in their aviation journey—from choosing flight schools to preparing for airline careers. We believe the strongest teacher-student relationships are built on trust, honesty, and genuine care.
